Professional globetrotter, writer and mother in training.
Biography
Born in England, raised in Canada, educated in the United States. Moving westward all my life, I now live in Seattle, Washington. By the ocean, in a bird's nest studio apartment.
I am a writer with two published non fiction books. Hospice Alternative, Living with Dying and Seven. Both are available on amazon.com.
I have just launched a new website project called Ex in the City with a mission to "empower women to move from EX to EXtraordinary". Dumped, divorced, dynamic women are my audience and we offer upbeat and positive ways to recreate a new life as they live through the stages of EX.
Another role I play is VP of Fundraising and Charity Relations for the Global Music Project. Our goal is to make the world a better place through music. I also run a small business called Passion for India selling Indian textiles and home decor accessories.
I have traveled the world and crave more. India, Middle East, Spain, France, Greece, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thialand, Bora Bora, Turkey and most of the US.
I have two incredible sons, Nathan and James who are close friends- building their independent lives in Moscow and Edinburgh. One ex husband, in my heart, a distant yet positive memory.

textiles, photographer, writer, daniel, poet, dancer, musician, author, woman, peter, bob, janet and joyce and leslie, maureen, a sweet blue chihuahua and my son's dog sky. i have a passion and curiosity about life. i am a traveler, medieval women, crave the ocean, armchair philosopher, student of comparative religion, explorer, daisy, family comes first, nathan and james. girlfriends come next, ricklie and fiona. sue and nancy and gail. and some special men too - bruce, jonathan. my brothers al and ray, my mum and dad. i adore my little dog chica, and ecclectic reader. i love ts eliot, india knight and margaret laurence. i am intrigued by all things indian, french films like amelie. i am fascinated by the number seven, addicted to seattle coffee, drawn to people who are honest and authentic. i am a mother, indian maharini (in another lifetime), critic, watcher, listener, believer.
